Thought this was interesting. The only thing I do to help is block the ads while browsing mangafox. That and scraping the manga pages when I feel that the downloads are taking too long.

BTW, if you're using Opera, you can
- right click
- select "block content"
- Click the "Details..." button
- Add the following to the list:

http://ads.mangafox.com/*
->
http://www.google-analytics.com/*
That takes care of most of the ads. All that should be left are those two annoying ads on the side.
