"Feliz" means happy in my language. The 2 pokemons and the shotgun (lol) are a cheeky way of saying "two thousand and twelve" in my language (took me a google search to get the joke, actually)
It goes like this: "Two" because there are 2 pokemons which are actually Mews ("mew" sounds the same as the word for "thousand" in my language) "and" there's the shotgun as well, in my country it is nicknamed "twelve" (from the caliber of the bullets: 12")
